Thank you for shopping at tktcus. We offer high-quality women’s fashion apparel, including swimwear, tops, shorts, and casual outfits. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made on our website. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • No stains, smells, scratches, or signs of wear

Special Note for Swimwear: For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker is removed, broken, or the item has been worn.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by customers

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Slight color difference caused by lighting or monitor display (this is not a quality issue)

3. Faulty Items & Wrong Orders

If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will offer a full refund, free replacement, or partial refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Our mistake (defect, wrong item): We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Customer reason (size issue, dislike, change of mind): The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary and can take up to 7–10 working days to show in your account.

6. How to Start a Return

To apply for a return or exchange, please contact our support team via our official website email. Please include your order number and return reason in your message. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
